The ideal candidate will assist the project team in ensuring timely completion of construction activities and maintaining accurate project schedules.<br></p><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>

<li><p>Support the Planning Manager/Project Manager in monitoring project progress.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Track site activities and compare actual progress against planned schedules.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Collect site updates and coordinate with engineering and construction teams.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Assist in identifying project delays and support corrective action plans.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress records.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Support preparation of manpower, material, and resource planning.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants for project updates.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Assist in preparing project presentations and progress dashboards.<br></p><br></li>

<br><span>RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.<br>
</span><ul>
<li><p>Minimum <b>2–4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer / Junior Planning Engineer in construction projects</b>.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Experience in <b>high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects</b> preferred.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and construction activities.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Familiarity with <b>Primavera P6 / MS Project</b> is required.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.<br></p><br></li>
<li><p>UAE construction experience is an advantage.<br></p><br></li>
