• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, local authority regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, construction quality, and overall project performance.
• Review contractor progress reports, method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals in coordination with the technical team.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage project budgets, variations, claims, and cost implications in coordination with the commercial team.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years managing residential building developments in the UAE.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use, or large-scale villa developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contract administration, and UAE building regulations.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
