Apex Surveys is an international survey and geospatial consultancy delivering high-accuracy reality capture solutions across buildings, infrastructure, and complex assets. Our services include terrestrial laser scanning, LiDAR, UAV survey, and the production of as-built BIM models, topographic surveys, and 2D/3D drawing outputs derived from point cloud data for clients worldwide. This role focuses on working directly with point cloud datasets to produce BIM models, CAD drawings, and survey outputs derived from laser scanning and other reality capture technologies. Role Overview This is an office-based role where you will work with point cloud data captured from terrestrial laser scanning and other reality capture technologies. You will support the delivery of Scan-to-BIM and survey projects through point cloud registration, processing, modelling, and extraction of survey information. You will also review outputs against the source point cloud data to ensure deliverables meet project accuracy requirements before client delivery.
