<div dir="rtl"><p><span>الهدف العام</span><span>:</span></p><br><p><span>تمكين الدائرة من تطبيق أفضل الممارسات المرتبطة بتطوير ومراجعة السياسات الضريبية على مستوى الإمارة، وبما يساهم في رفع مستوى فاعلية وكفاءة القرارات المبنية على هذه الدراسات والتقارير، من خلال توجيه إعداد الدراسات والتحليلات المتخصصة، واعتماد مخرجاتها، وضمان تكاملها مع المنظومة المالية والتشريعية، واستشراف التوجهات المستقبلية في المجال الضريبي، ورفع المقترحات والتوصيات الهادفة لتطوير الممارسات ذات العلاقة بالعمل الضريبي بما يتوافق مع إستراتيجية الدائرة وتوجهات حكومة دبي</span><span>.</span></p><br><p><span>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية</span><span>:</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>تقديم الاستشارات الفنية المتخصصة والدعم التحليلي المتقدم للإدارة/القسم في المجالات المرتبطة بالسياسات والدراسات الضريبية على مستوى الإمارة والدولة، بما يضمن مواءمة التوجهات مع الأطر التشريعية المعتمدة وأولويات الحكومة</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>مراجعة وتطوير أساليب وإجراءات تسجيل الجهات الحكومية للضرائب، وتحليل كفاءة العمليات المرتبطة بها، مع تدقيق التقارير الدورية واقتراح تحسينات قائمة على أفضل الممارسات</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>تحليل وتصميم آليات العمل المرتبطة بتبادل المعلومات الضريبية لأغراض الاتفاقيات الدولية، وضمان تكاملها مع المتطلبات التنظيمية، بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية محلياً ودولياً</span><span>.</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>إجراء تحليلات متقدمة لتصنيف الجهات لأغراض المعاملة الضريبية وفق التشريعات النافذة، وإعداد نماذج تصنيف أولية مدعومة بالأدلة والمؤشرات التحليلية</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>رصد وتحليل التوجهات والتغيرات في الأنظمة والتشريعات الضريبية على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وتقديم التوصيات الملائمة لتعزيز كفاءة وفاعلية النظام الضريبي</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>تحليل البيانات الضريبية المتقدمة وتطوير رؤى قائمة على البيانات تهدف إلى تقليص الفجوة بين الإيرادات المحصلة والمستحقة، ودعم اتخاذ القرار المالي</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>المساهمة الفاعلة في بناء وتطوير علاقات الشراكة المؤسسية مع المنظمات الدولية والجهات ذات العلاقة في المجال الضريبي، بما يعزز تبادل المعرفة ويدعم التوجهات الاستراتيجية للدائرة</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>تصميم وتطوير محتوى علمي متخصص وحالات عملية لدعم برامج بناء القدرات في المجال الضريبي، بما يعزز كفاءة الكوادر الحكومية واستدامة المعرفة المؤسسية</span><span>.</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>التحليل المتقدم وتصنيف البيانات اللازمة لإعداد الدراسات الضريبية، وفق منهجيات عالمية ومعايير جودة متقدمة</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>تطوير وتنظيم الأطر المرجعية للقرارات واللوائح والأدلة الضريبية، بما يضمن سهولة الوصول إليها ودعم كفاءة العمل المؤسسي</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>المساهمة الفنية في تنفيذ دراسات المقارنات المعيارية مع الجهات الرائدة عالمياً، وتحليل الفجوات المؤسسية واقتراح مبادرات تطوير الأنظمة الضريبية</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>دعم تطوير وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل التخصصية، بما يعزز نقل المعرفة وبناء القدرات المؤسسية في المجال الضريبي</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>المشاركة الفاعلة في فرق العمل واللجان التخصصية على مستوى الدائرة والحكومة، وتقديم مدخلات فنية قائمة على التحليل لدعم اتخاذ القرار</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>الاشراف الفني على تنظيم التواصل المهني مع الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والمستشارين القانونيين والمحاسبين، وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات لدعم إعداد التقارير والدراسات الضريبية</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>نقل المعرفة التخصصية والفنية من خلال تقديم ورش العمل والمحاضرات والتدريب على رأس العمل للمختصين في مجالات تطوير وإعداد الدراسات والتقارير الضريبية في الدائرة والجهات الحكومية بالإمارة</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>متابعة تحليلية مستمرة ورصد ما يستجد في مجال العمل المرتبط بالسياسات والدراسات والتقارير الضريبية، وتقديم المقترحات لتطوير العمل</span></p><br><p><span>•</span><span>أية مهام او واجبات أخرى تتعلق بطبيعة العمل حسب التكليف</span></p><br> <p><span>المؤهلات العلمية</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>الأساسية</span><span>:</span></p><br><p><span>العلوم المالية / الاقتصادية/ المحاسبية/ أو أي تخصصات أخرى ذات علاقة</span></p><br><p><span>12 </span><span>سنوات للبكالوريوس / 9 سنوات للماجستير / 6 للدكتوراة في مجالات عمل مشابهة</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>الإضافية: شهادات مهنية متخصصة في مجال السياسات والدراسات والتقارير الضريبية، ومنها</span><span>:</span></p><br><p><span>UAE VAT Compliance Diploma </span></p><br><p><span>UAE Corporate Tax Diploma</span></p><br><p><span>Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)</span></p><br><p><span>Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)</span></p><br></div> </div>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Develop and execute sales strategies for drilling equipment and solutions in MENA market</p><p>• Build and manage relationships with drilling contractors, and oilfield service companies</p><p>• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations</p><p>• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support</p><p>• Collaborate with headquarters to deliver customized client solutions</p><p>• Provide market intelligence on competition and emerging opportunities</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Requirements</p><p>• Currently based in UAE,</p><p>• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.</p><p>• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in UAE market.</p><p>• Experience in industrial equipment, oil & gas, construction, pumps, electrical products, automation products, mechanical equipment, or trading business is preferred.</p><p>• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.</p><p>• Capable of customer visits, enquiry follow-up, quotation coordination, project tracking, order closing and payment follow-up.</p><p>• Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to develop new customers.</p></div>
