About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager / Regional Sales Head to lead our Healthcare IT Product Sales business in the UAE. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in B2B enterprise technology sales, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and client acquisition within the Healthcare IT/Health Tech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling technology solutions to hospitals, healthcare providers, diagnostic chains, clinics, insurers, and other healthcare organizations while driving strategic business growth and long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end B2B sales of Healthcare IT and Health Tech solutions. Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive revenue growth across the UAE market. Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customers within the healthcare ecosystem. Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Develop strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and customer retention. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and customer onboarding. Represent the organization at customer meetings, product demonstrations, conferences, and industry events. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Healthcare IT landscape. Deliver consistent sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to leadership. Required Experience Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B IT Product Sales. Strong experience selling Healthcare IT / Health Tech solutions. Experience handling enterprise sales and long sales cycles. Proven success in business development, revenue generation, and strategic account management. Experience leading GTM initiatives and market expansion strategies. Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders. International sales exposure will be an added advantage.
