Verify materials and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications, project standards and applicable codes. Complete inspection checklists, daily quality reports and inspection request (IR) records for all inspected activities. Support the preparation of quality documentation and test/inspection packages for handover and close-out. <br><br>Coordination & Compliance<br><br>Liaise with contractor quality teams to coordinate inspection requests, hold/witness points and inspection scheduling. Coordinate with the design/engineering team on non-conformances, technical queries and any deviations requiring clarification or approval. Support internal and external quality audits and inspections, providing records and evidence as required. Report inspection findings, quality trends and recurring issues to the QA/QC Manager, escalating significant quality concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with the project Quality Management Plan, applicable codes/standards and contractual quality requirements at all times. Roles, Responsibilities, Duties:Title:The QA Engineer shall be responsible for the following functions:• Holding all inspections required to identify the issues in the projects and create the punch list.• The QA Engineer will utilize technology and quality personal interactions to guarantee the customer experience reflects the value of their investment in the projects and their standing as an important client.• The QA Engineer shall report any requirement by the customer that does not fall within the project specification and design.• Review the onsite inspection requests and ensure all requests have been met within 48 hrs.• Report the daily progress, weekly progress and the challenges faced• Record the recurring issues and report the head of department• Record and report major issues that require escalation• The QA Engineer shall ensure that all customer snags are attended.• Manage all QA Inspection requests.• Manage all snags reported by owners and any snag reported by stakeholders.• Report daily on the received service Inspection requests from owners.• Utilize necessary access to relevant systems required for operations and reporting functions.• Arrange regular progress meetings with the main contractor to check progress of works.• Develop and maintain a file of disputed snags.• Escalate unattended or disputed snags.• Develop scope of services to engage an external vendor to carry out the required out of scope/ disputed items & works.• Support with evidence and information in case of a dispute• Provide recommendations to apply any necessary changes required to enhance operations or journey.<br>• Utilize portal and relevant systems for snagging and inspections.• Coordinate with the Projects Team and contractors to ensure updated project information.• Conduct pre-handover inspections and snagging.• Provide continuous updates on handover, snagging and inspections.• Follow up with the Contractor and the Projects Team to address snags reported.• Verify completion and rectification of snags by the Contractor.• Ability to analyze project performance, technical and commercial.• Prepare presentations and reports.<br>Qualification:Bachelor / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance<br>Experience and Skills:• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills• Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with the client• Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.• Proficiency for computing use, i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations• Drive to improve business practice and meet or exceed targets.• Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work• Decision-making skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

This position has supervisory/lead responsibility over a group of project controls personnel or functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts.</p><p>➢ Providing Project Control support to Proposals & Projects Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, progress measurement and reporting systems</p><ol><li><p>ORGANIZATION</p></li></ol><p>Reports directly to the Projects Manager</p><ol><li><p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY</p></li></ol><p>3.1 General</p><p>➢ Good teamwork and communication skills with high initiative</p><p>➢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</p><p>➢ Familiar with Quality / HSE / Contractual procedures & International Standards in Oil & Gas Industry.</p><p>➢ Review Cost/Delivery Impact situations with Project Manager, schedule risk analysis</p><p>3.2 Systems and Procedures</p><p>➢ Providing Project Control support to Proposals & Projects, Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, progress measurement and reporting systems</p><p>➢ Project Controls Manager Leads project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects.</p><p>➢ Performs integral functions on the project management leadership team to ensure project success.</p><p>➢ Should have ability to guide Planning Engineer in the preparation of the Project Plan, identifying the required resources and the timescale including catch-up plans and look ahead.</p><p>➢ Should ensure collation of project costs and revenues, prepare cash-flow and payment reports and detection of early warning signals for delays and overruns.</p><p>➢ Hands-on Experience on Primavera, Knowledge of Financial management with good understanding of Budget and Costing</p><p>➢ Should have ability to prepare detail planning schedules using software packages such as Primavera</p><p>➢ Rigorous monitoring of actual vs. schedule progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resource planning during project implementation is essential.</p><p>➢ Identifies improvements to processes and leads in developing staff capabilities.</p><p>➢ Leads in project controls efforts to support capturing new work.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education</p><p>➢ Degree in Mechanical Engineering</p><p>Work Experience and Related Skills</p><p>➢ Min 18 years of exp in offshore planning out of which 3 years as Project Control Manager of project in the oil and gas industry. (Offshore Project experience will be an advantage).<br><br></p><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></p><p>✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore</p><p>✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred</p><p>✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable</p><p>✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners</p><p>❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible</p><p>Attached JDs for your reference.</p><p><strong>Age Criteria:</strong></p><p>Maximum age limit is 49 years</p><p>For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience</p><p><strong>Managerial and SR.
