Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company's enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) framework by ensuring compliance with ADGM FSRA regulatory requirements while effectively managing operational, market, technology, third-party, and financial crime risks arising from exchange, custody, brokerage, treasury, settlement, and technology operations. Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, risk policies, and governance framework in line with Board-approved requirements. Provide independent risk reporting and strategic risk insights to Senior Management, the Board, and BARC, ensuring alignment with ADGM FSRA requirements.
