He is also tasked with planning and enhancing the parking, security and flow from the different entry points. The Manager, Campus Access and Mobility is responsible for overseeing and optimizing transportation, parking, pedestrian access, and mobility solutions across the university campuses.<br>Responsibilities<br>Strategic Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the Department's strategy, as well as annual business plans. Contribute to the development of the Department's policies and procedures, in line with the overall business objectives of the University, ensuring they promote leading practices and excellence. Contribute to the development and management of the Department’s budgets and report back on a timely basis to ensure that divergences are addressed promptly.<br>Operational Responsibilities Oversee the provisioning of services related to the University’s security including accessibility and parking facilities for the University’s premises. Implement smart parking solutions and digital technologies for real-time monitoring. Ensure all mobility solutions align with the approved accessibility standards. Collaborate with campus security to enhance safe pedestrian crossings, lighting, and surveillance in high-traffic areas. Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to minimize traffic-related incidents on campus. Communicate and collaborate with students, faculty, staff, and external partners on mobility initiatives. Coordinate with the Transportation team to enforce campus-wide transportation policies in alignment with university goals. Organize awareness campaigns and training programs on safe and sustainable mobility practices. Develop and manage budgets for campus transportation and parking operations. Oversee vendor contracts for parking management, and mobility solutions. Monitor access control to restricted areas and facilities, unauthorized access to University labs to prevent any uncalled for incidents, accidents. Maintain emergency response plans, integrates response efforts with other University departments and train staff to provide emergency response. Allocate and control spending in accordance with University guidelines and program needs. Ensure adherence to the University’s information security policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly. Ensure coordination with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed. This role will be responsible for programs valued over $100M to build, launch and operate a constellation of Pelican satellites for Planet and its strategic MENA customers. This is a key strategic role for the Space Business Group and Planet as a whole.<br><br>The Senior Manager will achieve success by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources across the company to ensure that the capabilities delivered by the program meet customer requirements and provide excellent imagery products. The Senior Manager must ensure that the Pelicans delivered on orbit are healthy, productive satellites and will shepherd their operations through the life of the contract. Job Purpose<br><br>Responsible for Interior Design functions through all stages of design in the generation of test fits research, design studies, documentation, FF&E, drafting, technical analysis and management as directed by the line manager.<br><br>RESPONSIBILITES<br><br>Design Functions:<br><br>Performing all interior design activities across various projects within the design team. This role supports smooth move-ins and move-outs, reduces operational risk, and ensures every property reflects Colliers’ commitment to quality, safety, and customer care.<br>Main Responsibilities Property Inspections & Reporting Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, and vacant unit inspections in line with approved standards. Assess unit condition, identify defects, and document findings using approved inspection tools and checklists. Prepare accurate inspection reports, snag lists, and condition assessments within defined timelines. Verify completion and quality of maintenance works prior to unit handover or occupancy.<br>Maintenance Coordination Support Liaise with Technical Services teams and contractors to address identified defects and snags. Follow up on rectification works to ensure timely and satisfactory completion. Support preventive maintenance inspections and asset condition monitoring.
