<p>We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and development projects concurrently in Dubai, UAE and India. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery — from project initiation, feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out — delivering the required programme, budget, quality, safety and regulatory-compliance outcomes. The position involves working in an international, multicultural environment with overseas clients, consultants and contractors, as well as coordinating projects outside the candidate’s country of residence. Demonstrable international project experience is a mandatory requirement. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Project Delivery</p><p>Lead projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and feasibility to design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out—ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to the required quality standards.</p><p>Develop and manage project execution strategies, master programmes, budgets, milestones and critical paths.
