Amana is a small company, and this role leads a compact function while remaining personally involved in the work. The right person has already led a small technical security team and is comfortable operating as its most senior engineer, initially supported by one engineer or analyst. Mandatory Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 7 years of experience in structural inspection of roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of international standards (AASHTO, ACI, BS, EN, ASTM). • Prior experience with engineering consulting firms or construction supervision. • Proficiency in reading complex structural drawings and specifications. • Strong reporting and communication skills. • Immediate availability or short notice preferred. Preferred Skills • Experience in government or municipal infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of UAE local regulations (RTA, ADM, DMT). • Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.</p>
