Key Responsibilities Manage multiple piling and shoring projects from start to completion. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations. Lead engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, operators, and labor teams. Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality, and HSE requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prepare project schedules, Method Statements, RFIs, ITPs, and progress reports. Monitor productivity, quality, safety, costs, and project performance. Identify project risks and provide practical solutions before issues affect progress. Make timely operational decisions while supporting management with clear recommendations. Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.
