<li>Create role-based learning paths for Operations, Finance, Customs, Management, BSU, and Support Functions.</li>

<li>Develop transition training plans to support future TANGO implementation and adoption.</li>
<li>Support user readiness, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization during system migrations.</li>

<li>Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding and logistics.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years' experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitation.</li>
<li>Strong operational experience across Air, Sea, Road, Customs, or Supply Chain functions.</li>
<li>Experience supporting system implementations, process improvement, or change management initiatives.</li>

<p>As an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across assigned divisions, ensuring the timely hiring of high-caliber talent in line with business needs. Working closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will drive sourcing strategies, manage job postings, and oversee candidate selection, interviews, and offer processes. You will also play a key role in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and ensuring all processes align with internal policies, service level agreements, and compliance standards. In addition, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates and seamless hiring experience.</p><br> <p><strong>About You</strong></p><br>
<p>You are an experienced and driven talent acquisition professional with a strong background in managing recruitment within fast-paced, high-volume environments. You are confident leading the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing through to onboarding, and have strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills. With excellent organizational and communication abilities, you are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with a solid understanding of the best recruitment practices, systems, and market trends, enabling you to deliver effective and timely hiring solutions.</p><br>
