<p>Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer & Digital Specialist (UAE National) who will be a key member of both the Marketing and IT Operations teams. The specialist will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the VP of Technology. The specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital platforms, including website content management, outbound marketing and engagement through the CRM, social media content production, and the creation of digital brand assets. The primary focus of the role is the development and execution of engaging, technology-enabled campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across Help AG’s digital <p>Responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across a large-scale roads, utilities, and urban infrastructure project. Oversees BIM standards, model coordination, digital workflows, and information management, ensuring collaboration between design, construction, and project controls teams while supporting efficient project delivery, clash detection, and compliance with client and industry BIM requirements.</p>
<p>The BIM manager is an experienced design team member who will be assigned to review the deliverables of the existing design and construction team during the implementation of projects.</p>
<p>The BIM manager will put in place all BIM requirements for each project. This will include preparing and reviewing the BIM Execution Plan, LOD matrix, modelling methodology, coordination strategy, collaboration and exchange timeframe, file formats, and other requirements and ensure it is communicated to all consultants and contractors involved in the project.</p>
