Key Responsibilities Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns across retail channels and key accounts. Coordinate the development and deployment of point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional assets, and in-store branding. Work closely with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Monitor in-store merchandising standards and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and retail partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Maintain promotional calendars and ensure marketing activities are executed as planned. Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail execution, competitor activities, and merchandising opportunities. Prepare trade presentations, campaign reports, and post-activity performance analysis. Manage purchase orders, budget tracking, and other trade marketing administrative activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Sales Support within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail industry. Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and key account environments. Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
