maintenance of QMS / governance documents for OPS tools, template management, baseline creation, rebaseline, reporting, and integrations.<br><br>Define standard work instructions for tool users, planners, schedulers, and functional teams.<br><br>Support monthly working team reviews and quarterly governance reviews for OPS tools and scheduling architecture.<br><br>Maintain clear RACI alignment between Planning, Engineering, Equipment, Factory, PM, IT/UDC, and tool owners.<br><br>Ensure lessons learned from pilot projects and field tests are converted into sustainable process and tool improvements.<br><br> Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management<br><br>Act as a key interface between business users and technical development teams.<br><br>Facilitate workshops, tool demos, issue-resolution sessions, and schedule readiness reviews.<br><br>Train and coach planners, schedulers, and stakeholders on tool usage, P6 configuration, automation workflows, and data governance
