We're Hiring: Team Leader – Secondary & Off-Plan | Forefront Realty, Abu Dhabi<br>Forefront Realty is expanding its Abu Dhabi office, and we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to drive both our Secondary Sales and Off-Plan divisions.<br>This is a leadership role for someone who knows the Abu Dhabi market inside out, can build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and is ready to take ownership of pipeline, targets, and client relationships across resale and new-launch projects.<br>What you'll do:- Lead and grow a team of agents across secondary and off-plan sales- Own performance targets and pipeline management for both divisions- Build relationships with developers, landlords, and investors- Coach agents on deal structuring, negotiation, and client management- Represent Forefront Realty at project launches and industry events<br>What we're looking for:- Proven track record in Abu Dhabi real estate, secondary and off-plan- Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team- Strong network of developer and investor contacts- RERA/relevant license as applicable- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus<br>If you're ready to lead a team and shape the next phase of our Abu Dhabi growth, we'd love to hear from you.<br>If you're ready to lead a team and shape the next phase of our Abu Dhabi growth, we'd love to hear from you.<br>????
