Establish constructive and trusting relationships with stakeholders, including partnering with the functional Leads team to promote stories that will increase profile, visibility of our projects, and attract talent. Work closely with the other teams in the Middle East, across the EMEIAA region, and globally (Internal Communications, Social Media, Brand Management and Marketing, and Digital Experience) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. Craft compelling external communication materials, including press releases, articles, key messages, presentations, and multimedia content. Create executive positioning plans for the Middle East C-Suite and maintain strong press contacts across core trade and business media. Ensure quality communications that are consistently delivered on time and on brand, with clear and accurate messaging. Evaluate the performance and impact of external communications and current practices and processes, and establish mechanisms for their continual improvement. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in external communications to ensure that our approach remains relevant and engaging. Support the Internal Communications team with mentoring and development opportunities. Liaison with the Managing Directors of each business to identify Major Opportunities Areas' geography.<br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in related fields. Proven communications professional with 10+ years of experience in Communications, including a minimum of solid experience in managing a media relations programme. Comfortable in a fast-paced role, proven ability to be hands-on and strategic, and perform in a constantly changing environment.
