JOB PURPOSE:<br><br>supervise all wellsite completion operations including hydraulic fracturing, prefrac intervention or toe<br><br>preparation, wireline pump down perforating, frac plug milling, flowback, testing, and equipment handling<br><br>ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution in alignment with approved engineering programmes. The role<br><br>is responsible for maintaining well integrity, enforcing HSE standards, coordinating multi contractor activities,<br><br>and delivering accurate operational and cost reporting.
