<ul><li><p>Generate and complete the necessary forms for the procurement of OPEX or CAPEX items (unrelated to flowers and other floriculture products) in alignment with the Procurement Policy and Procedures.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. This includes conducting supplier evaluations and performance assessments, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain. (Not related to flowers and other floriculture products.</p></li><li><p> Submit reports about supplier quality, performance, pricing, and delivery to Group Procurement Department whenever required.</p></li><li><p>Preparing PO as per Proforma, Packing List, Confirmation or Actual Invoices (Related to flowers) before or maximum on the day of shipment arrival. For CAPEX, OPEX not related to Floriculture items PO as per Procurement P&P.</p></li><li><p>Maintain shipment tracking details in an Excel spreadsheet.</p></li><li><p>Submitting claims within 48 hours for international suppliers and on the same day of delivery or receipt for local suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate and timely pre- and post-entry requirements from inception to delivery.</p></li><li><p>Provide comparison report of office supplies to the operations Coordinator.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation of cost sheets for each shipment and seek approvals after the Purchase Officer and Warehouse Assistant Manager have determined the selling price, followed by sharing the approved cost sheet with the Sales, Warehouse Team, and ADR Store.</p></li></ul><p>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as logistics, finance, and quality control, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and information.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and file all documentation such as purchase orders etc.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Min 4 years in procurement /Buyer /Purchasing </p>

Requirements<br />
Previous receptionist, front-office, customer-service, or administrative experience is preferred.<br />
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.<br />
Good spoken and written English.<br />
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and office equipment.<br />
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.<br />
Good organizational and time-management skills.<br />
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.<br />
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.<br />
UAE experience is an advantage.</p>

<p>Our client, a leading hospitality and hotel operator with a significant presence across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), is seeking an experienced Bilingual Company Secretary / Senior Legal Administrator for a 6–12-month temporary contract based in Dubai, supporting regional governance and corporate secretarial activities across the MEA region.
This role will be critical to managing board and committee governance, corporate compliance, statutory records, and legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives, legal teams, and board stakeholders throughout the region.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised governance professional with strong technical company secretarial expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within complex regional corporate structures.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end company secretarial activities across a portfolio of legal entities within the MEA region.
• Coordinate and administer board and committee meetings, including preparation and circulation of agendas, board packs, minutes, and action logs.
• Draft and maintain board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and governance documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, corporate registrations, licence renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update corporate records, statutory registers, governance databases, and entity management systems.
• Support governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance standards.
• Act as a key liaison between directors, senior management, external counsel, regulatory authorities, and corporate service providers.
• Monitor legal entity compliance obligations and coordinate governance activities across regional subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
• Provide governance support to senior executives and board members on corporate matters and governance best practices.
• Assist with corporate restructuring projects, entity rationalisation initiatives, and cross-border corporate transactions where required.

Join Our Enterprise Print Solutions Team<br>We are looking for a Senior MPS Service Engineer to join our Enterprise Print Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise print environments while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.<br>Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Managed Print Service (MPS) environments. Deploy, administer, and support MyQ, Paper Cut MF, and YSoft Safe Q solutions. Configure secure print release, Follow-Me Printing, print accounting, user authentication, and scan workflows. Install, configure, and maintain Epson Work Force Enterprise, Work Force Pro RIPS, and AM Series Business Inkjet printers and multifunction devices. Support Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Print Server, SQL Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SMB, SNMP, and SSL certificates. Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, hardware troubleshooting, fleet monitoring, and remote diagnostics. Conduct customer training, technical demonstrations, and resolve technical escalations. Prepare installation documentation and service reports.<br>Requirement Minimum 8 years' experience in Office Automation or Managed Print Services. Minimum 5 years' experience implementing Enterprise MPS solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Epson Work Force Enterprise, Work Force Pro RIPS, and AM Series Business Inkjet solutions. Experience with Epson Device Admin, Epson Remote Services (ERS), Epson Open Platform, MyQ, Paper Cut MF, and YSoft Safe Q is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, enterprise networking, and Linux/mac OS print environments. Experience supporting enterprise customers within the UAE. Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle (Advantage ). Willingness to travel across the UAE.
