<p>We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Commercial & Contracts Specialist for our CCGT power plant construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of EPC and subcontracts, focusing on upstream/downstream settlements, strategic claims management against the Employer, and ensuring local compliance (ICV). Organisation of Annual Technical and Maintenance Manager Meetings<br>
Development of syllabus for the competency assurance program for technicians<br>
Developing and scheduling training programs for Technical and Maintenance Managers<br>
EHSSQ o Conduct Safety Observation Rounds on site at the terminals (inc. overseas)<br>
Incident/accident investigation lead/support<br>

Involvement in hazops and design reviews,<br>
Support all Terminals in their Energy and Resource Management business plans and implementation<br>
Financial and Procurement o Capex planning for the terminals sustainability, improving and expansionImage Imageo Provide input into the annual corporate budgets<br>
Development of Scoping documents, bid preparation and review.</p><br>
<br><br>Experience <br><p>Education and Experience<br>
A degree in a related Engineering discipline with 5 years post graduate work experience in Oil and Gas, Terminals, and related industry; or<br>
A diploma in a related Engineering discipline with a minimum 10 year work experience in Oil and Gas, Terminals and related industry at a Supervisory level<br>
A very strong maintenance/asset integrity background<br>
Behavioral and Functional Competencies Experience in management of consultants<br>
Good organizational and leadership qualities of Good verbal and written communication skills in English o Good computer skills and conversant in report generation</p><br>
