<br> <p><strong><span>J<span>OB PURPOSE</span></span></strong></p><br><p><br><span>Plan, Supervise and coordinate all major rotating equipment maintenance activities to ensure availability and</span><br><span>reliability activities by utilizing high skill company staff, external resources, vendors and OEM to ensure major</span><br><span>rotating equipment in the plant are operated and maintained safely with minimum down time and optimum</span><br><span>cost as per company maintenance objectives.</span></p><br><p><br><strong><span><span>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</span></span></strong></p><br><p><span>• Provides decision support for the production and maintenance teams for equipment testing,</span><br><span>"troubleshooting", routine equipment surveillance, start-up activities, and training on all rotating</span><br><span>equipment.</span><br><span>• Develop long range plans for machinery overhaul through performance evaluations on the equipment</span><br><span>and based on running hours to maintain high reliability & availability of the plant.</span><br><span>• Works with the production teams to ensure the integrity, reliability, and sustainability of all the</span><br><span>mechanical assets associated with rotating equipment.</span><br><span>• Provide assistance to Sr. Rotating Engineer as required in the areas of schedule / estimate of budge</span><br><span>and all other relevant jobs to the section.</span><br><span>• Review required spare parts & its availability with all resources required to execute the job to</span><br><span>complete activities as per plan & reduce equipment’s down time.</span><br><span>• Leads or support root cause analysis investigations, solution development, and risk Assessments to</span><br><span>minimize number of trips & improve plant reliability.</span><br><span>All parties consent to this document being signed electronically -PRD/INT/2024/1511</span></p><br><p><span>Prepare scope of work and follow up for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / service</span><br><span>provider for the refurbishment / repair works of the repairable major non-insurance parts including</span><br><span>budgeting, issuing SWO’s, tracking and receiving.</span><br><span>• Supervise the major overhauls and ensure completion as per plan.</span><br><span>• Provide technical support to area maintenance and operation, carry out trouble shooting and resolve</span><br><span>chronic problems by identifying solutions those requires more in depth investigation.</span><br><span>• Ensure that, major rotating equipment / major parts history record are kept available and updated to</span><br><span>utilize such records to plan proper replacement of aged parts via maintaining tracking database.</span><br><span>• Coordination with TE Division/TER to request technical services (RTS) related to Major equipment’s,</span><br><span>agree for scope of work, review and implement RTS recommendations.</span><br><span>• Follow up permanent/temporary Plant change management system (PCRs) related to Major</span><br><span>equipment’s starting from initiation, pre feed, feed, execution, and up to post - close stage.</span><br><span>• Coordination with PX team to review the Rotating Equipment documents of the new projects, retrofit,</span><br><span>modifications, service bulletins and plant expansions starting from pre-feed till project completion.</span><br><span>Supervision</span><br><span>• Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.</span><br><span>• Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job</span><br><span>and deliver the respective functional objectives.</span><br><span>Budgets</span><br><span>• Provide input for preparation of the Section / Team / Department budgets and assist in the</span><br><span>implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver functional objectives.</span><br><span>• Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.</span><br><span>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures</span><br><span>• Implement approved Section / Team / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and</span><br><span>procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International</span><br><span>standards.</span><br><span>• Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.</span><br><span>Performance Management</span><br><span>• Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Team /</span><br><span>Department in line with the Company Performance framework.</span><br><span>Innovation and Continuous Improvement</span><br><span>• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.</span></p><br><p><span>Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in</span><br><span>line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the</span><br><span>function.</span><br><span>Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability</span><br><span>• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability</span><br><span>guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices</span><br><span>Reports</span><br><span>• Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.</span></p><br><p><strong><span><span>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS</span></span></strong></p><br><ul><li><span>Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.</span></li><li><span>6 years of relevant experience in operations & maintenance of rotating equipment within a large </span><span>industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of performance analysis and standards in Oil & Gas Production</span></li><li><span>Good understanding of business planning, performance measurement and economic analysis.</span></li><li><span>Good understanding of relevant business processes, systems and tools</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in building production performance analysis reports to identify prospects of improvement</span><br><span>for strategic business planning</span></li><li><span>Awareness in business risk and controls for Plant Production within oil & gas sector.</span></li><li><span>Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co-ordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording.</span></li></ul><br> </div>
