In addition to your competitive package and benefits you will have access to a suite of policies that include hybrid working arrangements, individual athletic sponsorship, study assistance sponsorship, employee referral rewards.</span></p><br> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><p><span><span><span>Our newest opportunity is for a talented <strong>Utilities Engineer</strong></span><span> to join our team</span> <span>based in RAK</span>, UAE. </span></span></p><br><p><span>We envisage success in this role to include; </span></p><br><ul><li><span>Supervise the construction of wet and dry utility infrastructure works.</span></li><li><span>Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.</span></li><li><span>Review and monitor construction methodologies, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to utility works.</span></li><li><span>Inspect utility installations, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, irrigation, electrical, telecommunications, and other utility networks.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with contractors, local authorities, utility providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate approvals and project delivery.</span></li><li><span>Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover activities for utility systems.</span></li><li><span>Identify construction issues and provide technical recommendations to ensure timely resolution.</span></li><li><span>Prepare inspection reports, site observations, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and progress updates.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.</span></li><li><span>Attend progress meetings and coordinate with the Resident Engineer and multidisciplinary project team.</span></li></ul> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><p><span>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. </span></p><br><ul><li><span>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</span></li><li><span>Minimum <strong>15 years</strong> of experience in utilities engineering, construction supervision, or infrastructure projects.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience supervising large-scale infrastructure developments involving:</span><ul><li><span>Water supply networks</span></li><li><span>Sewerage systems</span></li><li><span>Stormwater drainage</span></li><li><span>Irrigation systems</span></li><li><span>Wet and dry utilities</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of UAE and international engineering standards.</span></li><li><span>Experience coordinating with utility authorities and relevant government agencies.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software relevant to infrastructure projects.</span></li><li><span>Previous experience on large mixed-use, residential, township, or infrastructure developments.</span></li><li><span>UAE or GCC construction supervision consultancy experience.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction supervision procedures.</span></li><li><span>Experience working with leading engineering consultancies on infrastructure projects.</span></li></ul><p><span>KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
