Working closely with the Events & CRM Manager Middle East, this is a vital role by bringing the Maison's vision to life through elevated client experience, fostering client relationship, and boutique activations. </p><br><br><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p><br><br><p><strong>CRM & Client Experience</strong> </p><br><br><ul><li>Support in developing and executing monthly CRM campaigns aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives</li></ul><ul><li>Support boutiques in organizing personalized client experiences, personalized private appointments </li></ul><ul><li>Create seasonal product catalogues tailored to each market’s assortment, as well as bespoke catalogues upon boutique request </li></ul><ul><li>Consolidate and report monthly Bloom KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates </li></ul><ul><li>Extract monthly client birthday lists and coordinate with boutiques to ensure client treatments are executed on time </li></ul><ul><li>Manage CRM data and perform client reassignment when needed </li></ul><p><strong>Events</strong> </p><br><br><ul><li>Coordinate and execute all events and activations, both in-store and external, ensuring seamless delivery </li></ul><ul><li>Support in sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, venues, and talent while adhering to budget allocations and Maison standards </li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with HQ (CRM, VM, Events teams) to obtain event approvals and ensure alignment with global guidelines </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee all operational requirement for the event, including permit, logistics, supplier deliveries, and store set-up </li></ul><ul><li>Capture event content and prepare comprehensive post-event reports, including qualitative feedback and performance results </li></ul><p><strong>PR Coordination</strong> </p><br><br><ul><li>Liaise with the PR agency on sample requests for editorial shoots with partners </li></ul><ul><li>Collect and consolidate monthly PR performance reports for regional reporting </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with the Merchandising team to identify key investment pieces for each collection and share relevant assortment with the PR agency for press sample selection </li></ul><p><strong>Business Development</strong> </p><br><br><ul><li>Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking across marketing: CRM initiatives, client experiences, events, and media activities </li></ul><ul><li>Perform regular market research on competitor brands and identify regional trends and best practices </li></ul><p><strong>Administration</strong> </p><br><br><ul><li>Raise and monitor IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate the setup of new boutiques on ViewApp and Rendez-vous platforms </li></ul><ul><li>Manage user access requests for new joiners and coordinate access modifications or extensions across relevant retail systems </li></ul><ul><li>Manage vendor creation, purchase orders (POs), amendments, and extensions </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate invoice submission and follow up on payment status with Finance </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized records of all A&P invoices </li></ul><p><strong>PERSON SPECIFICATION:</strong> </p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.) </li></ul><ul><li>Interest in Fashion, passionate about luxury experiences, and has an eye for product </li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and high creativity </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of responsibility and accountability </li></ul><ul><li>Effective communication and presentation skills </li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated, driven individual </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Arabic language is a plus </li></ul><p>At Chloé, we are committed to promoting employment that is inclusive and respects diversity.
