This is particularly relevant in an organization actively investing in digital solutions across its real estate and customer journey. </p><br> Key Responsibilities Finance Process Transformation <ul> <li> Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Accounts, Finance, and related functions. </li> <li> Review existing finance processes and identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication, and manual activities. </li> <li> Develop and implement streamlined, standardized, and automated finance workflows. </li> <li> Establish process improvement roadmaps aligned with business and finance objectives. </li> <li> Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time. </li> </ul> Digitalization &amp; Automation <ul> <li> Identify finance processes suitable for automation, digitization, and workflow optimization. </li> <li> Lead implementation of RPA, workflow automation, OCR, analytics, dashboards, and other digital finance solutions. </li> <li> Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve finance operations. </li> <li> Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and implementation plans for finance transformation initiatives. </li> <li> Monitor the effectiveness and adoption of newly implemented digital solutions. </li> </ul> ERP &amp; Finance Systems <ul> <li> Drive optimization and enhancement of ERP-based finance processes and modules. </li> <li> Work closely with IT and system implementation teams to define finance requirements and functional specifications. </li> <li> Lead system testing, UAT, process mapping, configuration validation, and implementation activities. </li> <li> Identify system gaps and recommend enhancements to improve accounting and reporting capabilities. </li> <li> Ensure integration between finance systems and other business platforms. </li> </ul> Accounting &amp; Financial Controls <ul> <li> Maintain strong understanding of core accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, reconciliations, and financial closing. </li> <li> Review finance workflows to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and internal controls. </li> <li> Identify control weaknesses and implement automated controls where possible. </li> <li> Ensure process changes remain compliant with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies. </li> <li> Support internal and external audit requirements related to systems and finance processes. </li> </ul> Data, Reporting &amp; Analytics <ul> <li> Develop and enhance finance dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics. </li> <li> Improve the quality, accuracy, accessibility, and timeliness of financial data. </li> <li> Implement automated reporting and reconciliation solutions. </li> <li> Analyze finance data to identify trends, anomalies, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. </li> <li> Support management with reliable financial insights and actionable analytics. </li> </ul> Project &amp; Change Management <ul> <li> Manage finance transformation projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live stabilization. </li> <li> Prepare project plans, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and status reports. </li> <li> Coordinate with Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Sales, and external technology partners. </li> <li> Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests. </li> <li> Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management initiatives. </li> </ul> Process Governance &amp; Documentation <ul> <li> Develop and maintain detailed SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, and finance policy documentation. </li> <li> Establish standardized finance processes across departments and business units. </li> <li> Define and monitor process KPIs and service-level metrics. </li> <li> Ensure transformation initiatives are properly documented and governed. </li> <li> Conduct periodic reviews to identify additional optimization opportunities. </li> </ul> Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul> <li> Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. </li> <li> Professional qualification such as <strong>CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent</strong> is highly preferred. </li> <li> 8–12 years of experience across accounting, finance, finance transformation, process improvement, or digitalization. </li> <li> Strong experience managing <strong>finance transformation and digitalization projects</strong>. </li> <li> Proven experience with ERP finance modules and finance process automation. </li> <li> Experience in <strong>real estate, construction, property development, infrastructure, or other large-scale organizations</strong> is highly preferred. </li> <li> Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and accounting processes. </li> <li> Experience with ERP implementation, system upgrades, UAT, process mapping, and business requirements gathering. </li> </ul> Key Skills &amp;
