The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of construction activities on site. The role ensures that all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The Construction Manager leads site teams and subcontractors while coordinating closely with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Planning & Coordination
* Plan, monitor, and control all site activities to achieve productivity targets and adherence to approved project schedules.

The AI Agent Manager, Commercial is responsible for identifying, designing, building, and deploying AI and automation agents across the sales and revenue operations function. Job Purpose This position is responsible to extend support and assistance to the community management team for the management of the Owners’ Associations (OA) in compliance with the applicable Law for managing Jointly Owned Property. Ensure a thorough verification is carried out onsite, before approving any work completion reports.
