Qualifications & Experience</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in <strong>Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>5–10 years of experience</strong> in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Contract Administration.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>post-contract experience</strong> is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience handling <strong>IPA, valuations, variations, claims, subcontractor payments, cost control, commercial reporting, and final accounts</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>variation evaluation, rate analysis, commercial negotiation, and contractual entitlement</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing and negotiating <strong>claims, EOT, delay/disruption claims, prolongation costs, and loss & expense</strong> is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>FIDIC or other major
