We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strong Post-Contract Administration expertise to join our project team in Dubai.<br>The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing contracts after award, with particular emphasis on contract administration, claims management, Extension of Time (EOT), contractor obligations, contractual compliance, and contract procedures.<br>Important: This role is primarily focused on Post-Contract Management and Contract Administration, rather than general commercial management or QS functions. Candidates whose experience is predominantly quantity surveying/commercial management without strong claims, EOT and contractual administration experience may not be suitable.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and administer post-contract activities in accordance with contract conditions and project requirements. Review, evaluate and manage contractor claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations and compliance with the contract. Review contractual correspondence, notices, submissions and contractual records. Provide contractual advice to the Project Team and Consultant on contract-related matters. The role will support contract governance, vendor performance, OPEX optimization, BoQ and cost management, RFP/RFQ activities, and risk mitigation across Mobile Access, Core, Transport, and managed-service operations.<br>Job Description & Responsibilities:Draft, review, and support negotiation of telecom network operations contracts, including O&M, managed-service, turnkey, SLA/KPI, subcontractor, and network maintenance agreements. Define and manage contractual commercial and technical terms, service scopes, deliverables, escalation mechanisms, and vendor obligations.
