Job Description<br><br>The Sales Director forms a vital part of the sales population within the MENA region. The role carries general management duties, potentially including acting as a signatory for the local entity on legislative and financial matters. The Sales Director is responsible for delivery of the annual revenue target for their specific area through effective account management, and for delivering an accurate revenue forecast based on the operational activity and expenditure planned by customers. The role is also accountable for retaining the existing customer base while identifying and successfully developing relationships with new customers, and for ensuring client understanding of the full Weatherford portfolio of products and services across the customer matrix.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Adopt and drive consistent, effective use of available sales software platforms (SFDC, Share Point, XAIT-Porter). Introduce the Weatherford portfolio of products and services across the customer matrix. Retain the customer base and support Account Managers in identifying and developing relationships with new customers. Assign appropriate resources to identified opportunity leads, manage the lead process, ensure sales personnel understand and comply with the process, and track opportunities through to closure, monitoring conversion requirements. Drive the tender management process through the Geozone commercial operations teams. Hold final approval authority, in conjunction with the Geozone VP, for all client submissions. Liaise with the CTM Director to ensure effective and efficient utilization of the CTM hub. Support negotiation discussions, including liaison with Legal for contract drafting and execution. Obtain a Go/No-Go decision based on GOA approvals and advise the client accordingly. Ensure the Upsell Plan is finalized and achieved. Ensure a contract review is undertaken and a close-out meeting is held with the client and all relevant stakeholders. Develop and execute sales campaigns, and assemble and disseminate market intelligence. Ensure all matters brought before management are appropriate, and facilitate the quality of debate and decision-making. Oversee all areas of business risk and ensure mitigation strategies are in place. Own the generation of annual forecasts and revenue targets through account plans. Deliver positive commercial results through strong negotiating skills, driving continuous improvement in margin performance. Drive alignment by integrating all sales activities into a single sales plan for the Geozone. Conduct quarterly performance reviews of Account Managers and Technical Sales personnel against their Account Plans. Identify and address revenue gaps for the year to ensure target achievement.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring and coaching. <li><span>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.</span></li>

<li><span>Review recommendation reports submitted based on the scoring and review comments from VP of Special Projects, Senior Managements and Operators. Get necessary approvals and signatures. Liaise with commercial/ legal team to finalize LOI/contracts.</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate with the consultants ensuring that all government related approvals for the project are in place including all relevant Design and Construction NOCs and Building Permits</span></li>
<li><span>Evaluate design and construction progress and prepare detailed reports on a weekly or other basis, to be agreed.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor progress on site, report major issues to VP of Special Projects and take corrective action in conjunction with Consultants and Project Managers to minimize actual and potential delays to the construction program.</span></li>
<li><span>Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that project components meet all specifications.</span></li>
<li><span>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Create and maintain comprehensive project tracking documentation.</span></li>

Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Quantity Surveyor</strong> to join our project team and support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>
• Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.<br>
• Review and evaluate interim payment applications and contractor claims.<br>
• Assess variations, change orders, and associated cost impacts.<br>
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, measurements, and cost estimates.<br>
• Monitor contractual and commercial matters in accordance with the contract.<br>
• Review and assess Extension of Time (EOT) and associated cost implications.<br>
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, payments, and commercial correspondence.<br>
• Support the preparation of commercial reports and cost forecasts.<br>
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Contractor, and project team on commercial matters.<br>
• Identify potential commercial risks and provide recommendations to the project management team.</p><br><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<br>
• Strong experience in infrastructure and construction projects.<br>
• Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contract administration.<br>
• Strong experience in variations, claims, payments, and cost control.<br>
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.<br>
