A project management or engineering qualification helps.</p></li><li><p>A grasp of subsea cranes, diver tooling (bolt tensioning, rigging, spool installation), and ROV tooling for IMR and installation.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with contracts (BIMCO and oil company bespoke / Tier 1 subcontracts), risk assessment, and pricing.</p></li><li><p>Office 365 and MS Project.</p></li><li><p>Good written and spoken English.
