Deliver value.<br>MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEThe Consultancy & Resourcing Advisor is responsible for the sourcing, deployment, management and retention of consultants supporting client operations across the Middle East and North Africa region.<br>The role acts as the primary focal point between consultants, clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring consultant requirements are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining a high level of service delivery, consultant engagement and client satisfaction.<br>The position is accountable for building and maintaining a robust consultant talent pipeline, supporting workforce planning activities, coordinating consultant mobilisation and onboarding, monitoring consultant performance and wellbeing, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the consultant lifecycle.<br>The role plays a key part in growing and developing the consultancy services business by ensuring clients have access to high-quality personnel and workforce solutions that meet operational requirements safely, efficiently and cost effectively.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConsultant Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management Develop and maintain a strong network of consultants across Operations, Maintenance, Wells, Engineering, Projects, Construction, Commissioning, Turnaround and Asset Management disciplines. Build, maintain and continuously expand a qualified talent pipeline to support existing contracts and future business opportunities. Identify, engage and evaluate suitable consultants through direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping, networking and industry engagement. Maintain consultant databases, skills inventories and workforce planning tools. Provide market intelligence relating to consultant availability, compensation trends and competitor activity.<br>Consultant Lifecycle Management Manage the full consultant lifecycle from initial engagement through mobilisation, deployment, extension and demobilisation. Coordinate consultant onboarding activities including compliance checks, documentation, visas, work permits, medicals, training and client approvals. Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants throughout their assignments. Monitor assignment performance, utilisation, contract extensions and upcoming resource requirements. Support consultant retention initiatives and maintain regular engagement with deployed personnel. Ensure consultants receive timely support regarding payroll, timesheets, travel, accommodation and operational matters.<br>Client Relationship & Workforce Solutions Act as the primary client interface for all consultant-related matters. Develop strong relationships with client representatives and workforce planning teams. Understand client workforce requirements and develop resourcing strategies to meet project and operational needs. Coordinate timely fulfilment of consultant requests in line with agreed service levels. Manage consultant performance feedback from clients and coordinate corrective actions where necessary. Conduct regular client review meetings to assess service quality, resource performance and future workforce requirements. Support key account growth and repeat business opportunities through exceptional service delivery.<br>Mobilisation & Operational Coordination Coordinate with HR, Operations, Commercial, Finance and Procurement teams to ensure consultants are mobilised efficiently and compliantly. Monitor mobilisation progress and proactively address barriers to deployment. Support travel, accommodation, rotational schedules and logistical arrangements where applicable. Ensure all consultant documentation and records remain current and compliant with company and client requirements.<br>Consultant Welfare & Engagement Champion consultant wellbeing, welfare and engagement throughout assignments. Maintain regular contact with deployed consultants and support prompt resolution of concerns. Promote a positive consultant experience that strengthens retention and long-term relationships. Support the development of consultant engagement initiatives and recognition programmes. Escalate welfare, safety or performance concerns as appropriate.<br>Commercial & Contract Support Support preparation of consultant proposals and client submissions. Assist with consultant rate negotiations and commercial discussions. Ensure consultant agreements, purchase orders and work orders are properly administered. Support invoice verification and timesheet management processes. Monitor assignment profitability and utilisation metrics.<br>Business Growth & Continuous Improvement Support business development activities by identifying available consultant capabilities and workforce solutions. Contribute consultant market intelligence to bids, tenders and workforce planning exercises. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and consultant management practices. Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility of consultant activity, mobilisation status and pipeline health. Support the growth of consultancy services across the MENA region.<br>EXPERIENCE & SKILLS PROFILEQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline preferred. Professional recruitment or workforce management qualifications desirable.<br>Experience Minimum 8 years' experience within recruitment, manpower supply, workforce solutions or consultancy services. Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Services or Asset Management sectors. Demonstrated experience managing consultant populations and contractor workforces. Proven experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders. Role Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced ELV Business Unit Head to lead and grow our Extra Low Voltage systems business, encompassing CCTV, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, and Lighting Control. The ideal candidate combines strong technical project management expertise with commercial and business acumen, capable of driving P&L ownership, business development, technical delivery, and team leadership across the ELV portfolio.<br>This is a leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership — from pre-sales and bid strategy through design, execution, and profitable project closure — while building long-term client relationships and expanding the ELV business line.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Business Unit Leadership & P&L Ownership Own the P&L for the ELV business unit, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost control. Develop and execute the annual business plan, budgets, and growth strategy for CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Lighting verticals. Identify new market opportunities, service lines, and strategic partnerships to expand the ELV portfolio. Report business performance, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership/board.<br>2. Business Development & Client Relationship Management Drive sales pipeline development for ELV projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure segments. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors, developers, OEMs/vendors (CCTV, BMS, FA, ACS, lighting brands), and key clients. Lead bid strategy, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and vendor partnership discussions.<br>3. Technical Oversight Across ELV Disciplines Provide technical leadership and quality assurance across:CCTV/Surveillance systems (IP-based, analytics, VMS integration) BMS (HVAC integration, energy management, SCADA/BACnet/Modbus protocols) Fire Alarm Systems (addressable/conventional, compliance with NFPA/local civil defense codes) Access Control Systems (card/biometric access, integration with security systems) Lighting Control Systems (DALI, KNX, smart lighting integration) Review system designs, BOQs, technical submittals, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications. Oversee integration across systems (IBMS/converged platforms) to ensure interoperability.<br>4. Project & Program Management Oversee project execution across multiple concurrent ELV projects — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Implement standardized project management frameworks (scheduling, risk management, resource planning, change management). Monitor project profitability, manage variations/claims, and resolve execution bottlenecks. Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards on all project sites.<br>5. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including project managers, design engineers, site engineers, and technicians. Build technical capability across all ELV verticals through training and certification programs. Drive performance management, resource planning, and succession planning within the unit.<br>6. Vendor & Supply Chain Management Manage relationships with OEMs and technology partners (e.g., Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Lenel, HID, etc.). Negotiate pricing, partnership agreements, and ensure access to latest technologies.
