Engage PLT members as active participants</li> <li>Establish working relationships and maintain regular communication with ADNOC Offshore Corporate HSE, counterparts in shareholder companies and major project contract companies</li> <li>Implement HSE best practices as applicable from ADNOC Offshore, project shareholder companies and the Oil &amp; Gas Industry as approved by Senior Project Management</li> <li>Recommend HSE staff resources necessary to successfully achieve HSE program objectives. Provide functional guidance to HSE staff working under different Project Management Teams</li> <li>Develop and implement project specific Risk Assessment Management System (RAMS) in conjunction with Engineering Department or adapt fit-for-purpose system from shareholder company</li> <li>Ensure project HSE requirements are included in Invitation to Tender (lTT) packages.
