Participate in final negotiations, liaise with legal & risk department on deviations with standard contracts, propose amendments for discussions and facilitate to reach agreement amongst stakeholders. In charge and lead contract document compilation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders (internal and external), and ensure all documents are compiled in an organized manner and on time. Support section head in developing, monitoring compliance with the policies and procedures for the overall department. About You:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – preferred Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in preparing Cost estimates (preferable for Middle East). Be able to write technical documents, such as RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, clearly and effectively. FIDIC (The International Federation of Consulting Engineers) knowledge on Tendering Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite, Project management and relevant tendering software. Manage costs effectively, including estimating project costs/ budgets and analyzing vendor quotes. The role focuses on manpower control, installation quality, productivity, tools, materials, access, safety coordination, work-front readiness, containment installation, cable pulling, equipment connections, earthing, labeling, snag closure, and support for inspection readiness. This is a site execution role. Carry out sampling and witnessing of laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel, and other civil materials as per approved ITPs. Ensure materials used for roadworks, bridges, culverts, drainage, and utility works conform to approved specifications and drawings. Monitor storage, handling, and protection of materials to prevent contamination, segregation, or damage. Verify compliance with RTA-approved suppliers, manufacturers, and testing laboratories . Coordinate with the Material Engineer and Site Engineer regarding testing schedules, approvals, and material-related issues. Inspect asphalt paving, concrete works, earthworks, and backfilling to ensure correct materials and workmanship are used.
