Key Responsibilities Executive & Business Support Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities. Schedule and coordinate business meetings, calls, and video conferences. Track and follow up on action items, decisions, and pending matters. Manage emails, calls, messages, and other communications as required. Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role. <p>This traineeship is a 6-month contract based in our Head Office in JAFZA, Jebal Ali. The work structure consists of 8 hours plus 1 hour lunch, 5 days a week plus 2 days off (weekends not fixed). Responsibilities<br><br> Receive guest requests through Synergy and ensure they are completed promptly. Close requests in Synergy once tasks are finished. Perform daily inventory checks for extra beds, baby cribs, and minibar items. Keep track of locations and stock levels, and notify the F&B department when replenishments are required. Prepare trolleys in advance for room service orders. Ensure the orders are delivered to guest rooms promptly and in line with room service standards, maintaining a professional manner. Check minibar stock and post revenue for consumed items. Refill missing items and ensure that all minibar products are available for guests. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting guests with any additional requests, including housekeeping items like extra beds, baby cribs, and rollaway beds. When applicable, attempt to communicate with guests in their native language to enhance their experience. Stay calm and alert during emergencies or periods of high hotel activity. Be prepared to assist in resolving any issues that may arise. Be proficient in using Synergy to handle requests and track tasks, and use Micros to post minibar charges and close guest checks.
