Description of Key Job Duties:Work closely with the Sales and Pre-sales teams to support customer engagements and business development activities across the MEA energy storage market. Develop and optimize BESS solutions for utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects, including system sizing, technical evaluation, preliminary design, and solution configuration. Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, technical specifications, and other customer-facing documentation. Participate in technical discussions and presentations with customers, developers, EPCs, consultants, and utilities to address project requirements and demonstrate solution value. Support tender activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFP responses, technical clarifications, and bid submissions. Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. Support project technical reviews, solution optimization, and risk assessments throughout the sales and bidding process. Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights to support product enhancement and solution development. Support project handover activities and provide technical assistance during key project execution milestones when required. Travel to other MEA countries as required to support customer meetings, project discussions, and business development activities.<br>Skills Requirement:Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines.5+ years of experience in BESS, renewable energy, power systems, solar, or related industries. Experience in technical proposal preparation, customer-facing technical support, tender activities, or solution engineering. Knowledge of BESS system architecture, battery technologies, PCS, EMS/SCADA, and renewable energy systems. Experience supporting utility-scale energy storage or renewable energy projects is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
