We're building out our bench of independent recruiters across the GCC. If you place candidates in Tech, Cyber, Biotech, Pharma, Web3, Fintech or a similar specialist sector, and you've hired in the GCC, this is for you.
Who Hyring is
Hyring is a tech-led marketplace connecting companies across the GCC with vetted human capital professionals, on demand. The judgement of a good agency, the economics of a marketplace. We're based in Dubai, working with clients from first-time founders and scale-ups through to corporates, private equity portfolio companies and government entities, placing into more than 50 countries.
We're a three-sided platform: companies who need hiring capability, independent recruiters and specialists who supply it (that's you), and senior professionals who want to stay visible to both. On the company side, we are building a dedicated web platform where firms post briefs, review shortlists and approve milestone payments entirely online, no download required. That's the engine behind the mandates you'd get matched to: real briefs from clients who are already engaged and have already agreed commercials, not cold leads you have to chase yourself.
Who we're looking for
Depth in one discipline matters more to us than breadth across all of them. For this bench, that means:5+ years placing candidates in Tech, Cyber, Biotech, Pharma, Web3, Fintech or a comparable specialist sector Proven experience hiring in the GCCA verified track record in your specific niche, not a generalist desk that will take anything
What changes when you join the bench
Mandates matched to your specialism, with the client already engaged, instead of business development eating the time you should be spending on delivery Milestone payments, protected. We collect from the client and hold it, then pay you monthly against approved milestones, so you're not chasing anyone while thirty days turns into ninety No exclusivity. Keep your own clients, work through other channels, and take Hyring briefs when they suit you Access to clients you likely can't reach cold: startups and scale-ups, corporates, PE portfolio companies, and government and regulated entities across the GCCA track record that compounds. Every completed assignment builds a verified profile of outcomes and client ratings, and the better you deliver, the stronger the mandates you're matched to next
How to apply
Registering on the Hyring app is the first step of our vetting process, not the whole thing. We're selective on purpose, because our promise to clients depends on the bench actually being vetted, not just large. Expect to: download the app and register your discipline, markets and sectors, complete a short screening assessment in your specialism, then have a proper conversation with a senior person at Hyring who makes the final call. Once you're through, you set your availability and rates, and matched briefs start arriving.
Download the app to start your application:App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/hyring-ai/id6502471201Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.hyring.app
Click, "Work as a freelance recruiter"
Once you've registered, our team will be in touch directly with next steps.

The Group Wise Wolves Corporation operates through two holdings: Wise Wolves Group — a CySEC-authorised investment firm and a Central Bank of Cyprus-authorised Payment Institution.
The Vault — institutional digital asset custody and infrastructure, including a CySEC-authorised MiCA CASP, a Swiss VQF-supervised VASP, a UAE operating entity and a UK entity.
Multiple entities, multiple jurisdictions, fiat and digital asset balance sheets, and an active institutional fundraise.
The role Build and run one finance function across the Group: one set of numbers, one control environment, one planning cycle — and make it materially more automated than a group this size would normally be.
The operating model, reporting architecture, systems stack and control framework are being built now.
You will design them and build much of them yourself.
The team is small and will stay lean.
Responsibilities Financial control and accounting Own the integrity of the Group's financial records across all entities and jurisdictions, under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Define the Group accounting policy, chart of accounts, intercompany framework and close calendar; drive close to a 5-working-day cycle.
Own consolidation and combination logic across entities, on a documented and auditable basis.
Own the external audit relationship.
Deliver clean, on-time audits with no material adjustments.
Deliver regulatory financial reporting to CySEC, the Central Bank of Cyprus and the Swiss SRO — own funds, capital adequacy, liquidity.
Own transfer pricing, intra-group service agreements, cost allocation and the related-party register, documented well enough to survive tax authority and regulator scrutiny.
FP&A and financial modelling Own the Group budget and rolling forecast — P&L, balance sheet and cash flow by entity — with regulatory capital and liquidity modelled explicitly.
Own and build the long-range Group model: multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-revenue-engine.
Single source of truth for board and investor conversations.
You build it; you do not outsource it.
Own the management pack: unit economics by product line, customer profitability, cost-to-serve, runway and capital headroom by entity.
Run monthly business reviews with commercial and product leadership — driver-based explanations, named owners, tracked actions.
Support fundraising and related-party transactions: data room, diligence response, cap table, investor reporting.
Treasury oversight Set Group treasury policy, risk appetite and limits.
Hold Treasury accountable for execution within them.
Own capital planning across entities: regulatory minimums, buffers, dividend and intra-group funding capacity.
Approve intra-group funding structures — commercially justified, properly documented, regulator-defensible.
Control environment Own delegation of authority, approval matrices, segregation of duties, four-eyes payment controls and evidence retention.
Ensure reconciliation and attestation sit independently of payment execution.
Establish internal audit coverage of finance processes and remediate findings on a tracked schedule.
AI, systems and data A defining part of this role, not an add-on.
We expect the finance function to run at a headcount that would be implausible without aggressive automation.
Own the finance systems architecture end to end: ERP and general ledger, billing and revenue recognition, expense and procurement, treasury rails, and the reporting layer above them.
Define and enforce the finance data model — entity, currency, cost centre, product, counterparty — as the standard upstream systems must conform to.
Eliminate spreadsheet dependency from the close: automated intercompany elimination, automated bank and blockchain reconciliation, management reporting from a governed warehouse rather than hand-assembled decks.
Deploy AI where it does real work: document extraction and coding, anomaly and exception detection across full transaction populations, variance commentary drafting, agentic workflows for repetitive control checks.
Always with documented human review, auditability and appropriate data handling.
Personally use AI tooling to build — models, queries, scripts, prototypes — rather than commissioning it and waiting.
Measure the function on output: close days, manual journal count, reconciliation exceptions, forecast accuracy, cost of finance as a percentage of revenue.
A genuine build role — you design and own the finance function from the ground up, not inherit and maintain one.
Direct exposure to a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction institutional platform spanning CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus, Swiss VQF, UAE and UK regulatory environments.
A seat close to the Group's fundraising, board, and investor conversations — your numbers are the single source of truth.
Competitive compensation package, reflective of a senior leadership hire.
Limassol-based role, with relocation package and visa support provided.
A lean, senior team and an AI-forward operating culture — real autonomy to build systems and automate the function your way.
Essential Strong technical accounting capability — IFRS, group consolidation, statutory reporting — with a track record of clean audits.
Formal qualification is not required; demonstrated capability is.
Senior finance leadership in regulated financial services — investment firms, payment institutions, EMIs or banks — with direct exposure to regulatory capital and reporting.
Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, multi-currency finance, including intercompany and transfer pricing.
Built or materially rebuilt a finance function: systems, process and controls.
Not just run an inherited one.
Builds financial models personally, to a standard that survives institutional diligence.
Strong, current, practical AI capability.
You already work this way: you use LLM and agentic tooling daily to write code, query data, build models and automate process, and you have clear judgement on where it adds value and where it adds risk.
Candidates who have only read about this will not be a fit.
Data-literate at the keyboard: SQL or equivalent, and a working understanding of warehouse and BI architecture.
Desirable Digital asset accounting, valuation and custody reconciliation.
Institutional equity raise, M&A or regulatory change of control.
Cyprus, Swiss or UAE regulatory environments.
How you work Hands-on.
For at least the first year this is a building role, not a supervising one.
Systems-minded: you look at a manual process and see the design flaw, not the staffing gap.
Direct and evidence-led.
You bring the number, the assumption behind it and the confidence interval.
