Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, local regulations, HSE requirements, quality management systems, and organizational policies. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, inspection authorities, and regulatory agencies to support engineering and project objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives through Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Digital Twin technologies, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered engineering analytics, predictive maintenance, and simulation tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Master's degree or professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, product design, manufacturing engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering, or related roles.
