Job Purpose:The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for managing an inhouse team of technicians and external vendors to make sure the Americana Restaurants, Commissaries and Head/Regional offices are well maintained to the global standards in terms of MEP, General Maintenance, Branding, Compliance, Health & Safety etc. The Engineer will be the direct point of contact for Regional Operation team and will make sure excellent customer services and SLA are achieved.
