When needed use appropriate method (warranty verification letter, one time labor and/or parts, refund, exchange, etc.,) to satisfy customers while adhering to company policy</p></li><li><p>Partner with supervisor when appropriate to resolve technically complex issues related to service &amp; product complaints.
