About the Role<br>We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, Saa S, or cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, developing enterprise relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and expanding existing accounts across the Dubai and wider UAE market. Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.<br>B2B Sales & Client Acquisition Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations, and customized sales pitches. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to position AWS-based and other cloud solutions. Lead commercial discussions covering pricing, contracts, SLAs, and service agreements. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.<br>Account Management & Growth Manage and grow key enterprise accounts as the primary commercial point of contact. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the service portfolio. Develop long-term relationships and act as a trusted business advisor to clients. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account expansion.<br>Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and pricing across Dubai, UAE, and APAC. Provide market and customer insights to leadership to support business strategy. Support marketing initiatives, channel partnerships, and regional brand-building activities.<br>Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent pipeline updates using Zoho or equivalent CRM platforms. Prepare sales forecasts, funnel reports, and performance dashboards. Track pipeline health, opportunity progression, and sales performance. Coordinate with delivery and project teams to ensure a smooth post-sales handover.<br>Candidate Requirements<br>Experience3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience in IT services, Saa S, cloud, or related technology solutions. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers. UAE/GCC market experience is strongly preferred. Experience managing complete sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder deals.<br>Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Saa S, IT services, subscription, and managed-services sales models. Working knowledge of AWS cloud fundamentals, including EC2, S3, RDS, and related services. Ability to conduct credible first-level technical conversations with customers. Familiarity with mobile application development and custom software delivery models. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and Linked In Sales Navigator.<br>Core Skills Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
