Job Purpose: <br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts & Commercial Administrator to support the contractual and commercial administration of a major infrastructure project. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and administration of contractual obligations, ensuring that key requirements, deliverables, guarantees, deadlines, variations and vendor/subcontractor obligations are properly tracked, documented and communicated. The successful candidate should have strong experience working with EPC, telecommunications, utilities or infrastructure contracts, with good knowledge of FIDIC-style contractual conditions, bank guarantees, variation management and formal commercial correspondence. This is a detail-oriented, project-facing role requiring close coordination with Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial teams, subcontractors and the client.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Contract Administration & Compliance Manage the day-to-day contractual and commercial administration of the assigned project contract. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date contract compliance and obligations tracker, covering contractual clauses, key dates, deliverables, approvals and dependencies.
