Join us.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Resident Engineer - Dry Utilities to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Resident Engineer in overseeing and coordinating all dry utilities systems on construction projects. You will work on-site to ensure that electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other utility installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and local building codes. Purpose of the Role• Operate and administer the Corporate Services Service Desk, to efficiently process all tasks and work orders to the highest performance standard in line with established SLAs and KPIs.• Operate Client’s access control system to ensure all access provisions are performed accurately and efficiently. • This role will report into: Analyst – Hospitality & Employee Service.<br>Main Duties and Responsibilities • Receive and act upon requests for access control related items to administer access to all users.• Monitor, operate and administer the Corporate Services Service Desk, assign the relevant tasks to different users and complete the tasks of the Service Desk administrator.• Scheduling of repeating tasks on behalf of all CS section heads on the Service Desk software, assign the same properly and follow up for completion.• Generate access control and access level reports in pre-defined intervals and distribute the same.• Complete specialist access control reports for restricted areas and report on the same to the section head in charge of security.• Generate a large set of different reports for the CS division on a regular basis and report on the results to the section heads.• Effectively prioritize tasks depending on urgency and raise awareness concerning emergency requests with the relevant section head.• Answer the Service Desk telephone extension in an efficient and pleasant manner, assist callers with their inquiry and transfer them as necessary.• Process extensive reports for time & attendance and make adjustments on request.• Issues and updates client & Contractor ID cards with accuracy and in a timely manner.• Provide inventory checks and conduct issuance / return of secure tokens, report on the inventory efficiently to the relevant stakeholders.• Perform area inspections for certain restricted areas in the Council.• Carry out other administrative tasks for the department as assigned by the line manager.<br>Education and Experience<br>Education• Bachelor’s degree.<br>Technical Expertise / Skills / Knowledge• Must have Service Now software experience, preferred with Service Now certification.• Excellent IT skills with all relevant MS Office suite products, AI platforms and access control systems.• Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic as a preferred addition.• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task with ease.• Able problem solver with creativity to suggest solutions

Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil) — Villa Construction & Renovation, Dubai <br>We're a new contracting company working on ultra luxury villa renovations and new builds in Dubai, and we're looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to be our full-time presence on site. <br>What you'll do: Run the site day to day — supervising contractors and flagging issues for attention. <br>Book and attend Trakhees/Dubai Municipality inspections and manage NOCs and permits. Keep daily site records and report directly to the owner.<br> What we're looking for: BSc in Civil Engineering (attested or attestable — this is essential, as you'll be registered as our company engineer). <br>SOE Card: Active membership with the UAE Society of Engineers via Nawras. 3–6 years' experience, with UAE villa or low-rise experience strongly preferred.
