Job Description:
Lead and brief Security Officers, assign daily duties, prepare duty rosters, conduct new employee orientations, and oversee overall hotel security operations.
Conduct regular patrols, monitor hotel entrances/exits and CCTV systems, ensure fire exits and safety equipment remain accessible, and maintain all security equipment in good working condition.
Monitor, evaluate, and document Security Officers’ performance, provide guidance and coaching, and support ongoing staff development while ensuring all officers follow hotel security standards.
Investigate and report accidents, incidents, thefts, and other security risks; respond to emergencies appropriately; and implement preventive measures to protect guests, employees, and hotel property.
