Candidates with a Bachelors degree with more than 5 years of experience in marine, shipping, port operations, offshore logistics, transportation, or oil & gas support functions is an advantage. Practical exposure to Marine Terminal Operations, including vessel arrivals/departures, berthing, mooring activities, marine traffic monitoring, and vessel movement coordination. Experience in maintaining operational records and reports, including vessel movements, terminal activities, weather monitoring, and daily operational status reporting. Knowledge of Offshore Operations and Logistics Coordination, with exposure to offshore personnel movement, vessel scheduling, offshore support activities, or marine logistics. Exposure to SPM, jetty, berth, offshore terminal, helideck, or helicopter operations will be considered a strong advantage. Strong HSE awareness with working knowledge of PTW systems, JSA/JHA, toolbox talks, PPE requirements, hazard reporting, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.
