<p><span>Almarai is seeking a highly capable </span><strong><span>Senior Engineering Manager</span></strong><span> to lead Production Engineering across our Dairy and Juice operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a critical managerial role responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant engineering, utilities, and maintenance functions within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.</span></p><br><br>

<p><span>The successful candidate will bring strong technical depth, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to lead teams in delivering world-class engineering performance.</span></p><br><br>
<br>
<p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p><br><br>
<br>
<ul>
<li><span>Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience across maintenance and engineering roles within FMCG or food manufacturing </span></li>
<li><span>At least 5 years in a leadership or similar managerial position, ideally within dairy or food processing environments</span></li>
<li><span>Strong exposure to utilities operations, maintenance, and energy optimization programs</span></li>
<li><span>Practical experience in processing plants within dairy or food sectors</span></li>
<li><span>Exposure to packaging technologies (Tetra Pak, SIG, KHS) is an added advantage</span></li>
<li><span>Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)</span></li>
