In this role, you will: Hit the ground running - Gather up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the dubizzle code base and technologies stack within weeks; Lead planning sessions around new product features, deliver detailed roll-out/roll-back strategies for releases. Research and apply industry trends as part of your daily work; Create unit tests in accordance with our established standards to cover assigned work; Write and maintain exemplary code following dubizzle’s programming practices; Actively contribute in post-release maintenance issues; Develop elegant solutions for complex problems; Pioneer reliability and efficiency of our current code base, platforms and/or core systems; Impact on the direction and scope of dubizzle’s technical vision within your stream; Work in a mentoring capacity within a peer-programming environment and provide guidance on tasks, irrespective of complexity or scale; Code review all major pull requests, defining programming standards and providing constructive feedback. You will own the visual expression of Analog across everything the world sees. You will work directly with the founders, shape the aesthetic language of Physical Intelligence, and make design decisions that hold at the scale of a keynote stage and at the resolution of a notification icon. The brief is to make people feel the weight of what Analog is building before they read a single word. This is not a production role. It is a creative leadership role without a title that says so. What you will do Own the Visual Language Translate Analog's world, Physical Intelligence, Ana, Boston Dynamics Spot, the Abu Dhabi desert, the edge between the physical and digital, into a living visual system. Typography, color, composition, iconography, motion principles. You are not maintaining a brand guide. You are writing it. Every design decision you make should be traceable back to something true about what Analog builds and who it is for. Key Responsibilities: • Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes. • Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents. • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. • Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials. • Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes. • Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems. • Manage to lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule. • Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance. • Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements. • Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes. • Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. • Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant • Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection. • Report to the Project Manager. • Able to Supervise Site Projects and Give Report on Site Work and Progress. • Able to manage and handle direct relationship with Consultants in relation to WIR and MIRQA/QC Engineer Experience: • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related • Candidates should have minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC Engineer, at least 2 with a main contracting company in the UAE. • Previous experience on high rise towers and / or large scale villa masterplan projects would be highly advantageous • Experience of liaising with and closing out WIR and MIR reports with leading PMC or Consultancy companies • Technically sound, Strategic planning skills, Analytical and extremely detail-oriented • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities. • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

1. Responsible for the full-cycle document management of the procurement process in EPC projects, including receipt, registration, numbering, distribution, archiving, and controlled management of all procurement documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability. 2. Establish and maintain procurement document control trackers and statistical reports, covering document status, vendor submission rates, overdue document statistics, approval progress, etc., to provide data-driven support for project management. 8. Organize and manage procurement file archiving and project handover documentation, including the compilation, organization, and transfer of procurement records, Final Vendor Dossiers, Manufacturing Record Books (MRB), and other deliverable documentation for project close-out. 9. Upload, maintain, and update procurement-related documents in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring data integrity and completeness. 10. Support the Procurement Manager and project team in procurement audits, quality system audits, and project completion documentation reviews as required. 11.
