You will find and reach senior decision-makers at developers, architects, agencies, and cultural institutions, earn the meeting, and carry the relationship through to a signed commission. You will help build the commercial function, not step into a finished one. That suits someone who would rather own the outcome than be handed a system.</p><p><br></p><p>It is a demanding sale. Beautiful images do not sell themselves, and our buyers are senior, discerning, hard to reach, and slow to commit. <p>The Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out is responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing manpower, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily interior fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, carpentry, and finishing works. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedules. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. Ensure all works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical instructions. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other teams for smooth project execution. Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards. Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and delays.
