<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to lead architectural design coordination and provide site supervision services for large-scale building projects. Master’s Degree in a relevant field is advantageous. Minimum 15+ years of experience in project or programme management within large-scale construction, infrastructure or venue development projects. Demonstrable experience delivering major capital projects within complex, multi-disciplinary environments. Proven track record of managing large work packages or multiple project components through all phases of delivery. Strong understanding of design management, construction methodologies, procurement processes and project controls. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers across complex project interfaces. Strong commercial and contractual awareness, including experience managing budgets, change control, claims and risk. Comprehensive knowledge of project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance requirements. Experience working within operational or live environments where phasing, logistics and stakeholder coordination are critical. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive project outcomes.
