Experience:
Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience within the construction, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Demonstrated experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams, operational functions, and commercial activities.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, business growth initiatives, and organizational performance.
Technical Proficiency :
Strong understanding of construction operations, project execution methodologies, and commercial management principles.
