<p> Manage the day-to-day handling of all customer inquiries via the website, walk-ins, WhatsApp, CRM-transferred calls, emails, and Instagram, with the objective of converting leads into sales, including the handling and preparation of third-party orders.</p><p> Manage housekeeping standards, ensuring all flowers and merchandise on display are of high quality, properly priced, and visually appealing.</p><p> Process customer payments promptly and accurately across all methods, ensuring timely entry into the ERP system. <p>To maintain and optimize plant electrical systems, motors, control panels, variable frequency drives, sensors, conveyors, screens, feeders, baghouse systems, and associated process equipment in order to minimize downtime, support continuous operations, and ensure all work is performed in line with company, manufacturer, and site safety requirements.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and systems.
· Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair motors, MCC panels, control circuits, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, switches, cabling, and field devices.
· Maintain electrical systems for conveyors, vibrating screens, feeders, crushers where applicable, rotary equipment, dust collection units, air compressors, and plant utility systems.
· Diagnose faults using electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, testing instruments, and software interfaces.
· Install, terminate, test, and commission electrical wiring, panels, lighting, and plant equipment in accordance with approved procedures.
