Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, source approvals and compliance certificates. Ensure material traceability through delivery inspections and test certificates. Manage NCRs, corrective actions, quality records and handover documentation. Monitor third-party laboratory testing and support quality reporting and audits. Conduct site inspections/spot checks and ensure compliance with specifications. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.<br><br><br>What Required Skills You'll Bring<br><br>BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent (with relevant registration if applicable).8–10 years’ experience on major infrastructure, bridges, utilities, stormwater or infrastructure projects (Abu Dhabi preferred). Strong knowledge of material approval processes, specifications and testing. Familiarity with DMT/ADM requirements; DMT/TAQA approval is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC reporting systems.<br><br><br>What Desired Skills You'll Bring<br><br>Knowledge of ISO 9000, ASTM, ASME, ANSI standards. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
